Paschim Group has also embarked on various social initiatives with community engagement, highlighting the significance of their relationships with people, communities, and society. Social responsibility has become part of their core business strategy, and they consider how their activities affect people.

The company has over the years made donations towards supporting education for underprivileged children, calamity relief funds, supporting blind children, treatment of cancer patients, treatment of COVID patients, youth empowerment, sports activities, and providing oxygen concentrators for COVID patients.

Paschim Group successfully demonstrated the management’s commitment towards the environment and its sustainability and undertakes to protect native ecosystems.

The Group successfully commissioned KMHS-1 & KMHS-2 in the year 2007 & 2010 respectively. The annual generation of these is 75 million units of renewable energy. It provides clean power to 101,000 homes in Karnataka and avoids emissions of 62,000 tons of carbon dioxide annually.

Paschim Group's firm commitment towards sustainable environmental protection has seen the company plant and nurture more than 6000 trees as part of its mission to maintain the delicate ecological and environmental balance, by strictly adhering to the environmental statutes of land. The Paschim Group exercises due diligence and safeguards the environment and ecology at the project site.

The Management acknowledges the principle of inter-generational equity, and endeavours to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. It upholds and promotes ecological awareness amongst stakeholders, partners, and employees.

Training

Paschim group has a robust training program for its associates that covers all aspects of plant operation and maintenance, including safety procedures, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. It is designed to ensure that associates have the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
