He has worked in diverse sectors like Fertilizers, Steels, Education, and Services. He began his career with Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited and later worked with Global Steel Holdings in Bulgaria.

Mr. Arun Kumar

Mr. Arun Kumar is a civil, water resources, and hydropower engineer with over 40 years of experience in small hydropower and renewable energy projects. He has been associated with the Department of Hydro and Renewable Energy, IIT Roorkee since its inception and has led multidisciplinary teams in river and lake environmental management. He has served as an Independent Director on the Board of NHPC Ltd and is a Board Member of the International Hydropower Association. His work includes extensive international experience across Asia and Africa.
Ms. Poonam Garg

Ms. Poonam Garg has over 30 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, with deep expertise in forming and managing SEBI-registered funds. Between 2008 and 2022, she led the launch of seven funds spanning renewable energy, automotive, and sector-agnostic investments. She has managed end-to-end investment lifecycles, including fund structuring and portfolio management. Across her career, she has raised approximately ₹1,600 crore from government bodies, banks, and financial institutions.

Mr. Ravindra S. Kashyap

Mr. Ravindra Kashyap holds a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and has 18 years of industrial experience. His expertise includes project planning and management for hydropower and pumped irrigation projects, techno-commercial evaluation of hydropower assets, hydraulic transient analysis, and design of hydro-mechanical components such as gates and hoists. He has been involved in major projects including RMU & LE activities for Khandong and Gumti HEPs in India, as well as Donkea, Grandes Chutes, Banea, and Garafiri HEPs in Guinea, West Africa.
